A Legacy bathroom is built by one team. We take the room from demolition through plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, glass, cabinetry, lighting, and the final paint touch-up, so you are never the one coordinating trades or chasing a subcontractor who didn't show.
That matters most where you can't see it: behind the tile. Every shower we build gets an industry-approved waterproofing system installed to the manufacturer's specification, a properly sloped pan that drains without puddling, and blocking where benches, niches, and grab bars need real support. Then it gets the part you do see: tile laid out on a plan before the first piece is set, so cuts land where they look intentional instead of wherever the wall ran out.
We work in occupied homes, which means protection on your floors, dust containment, and a clean site at the end of every working day. You get a schedule before demolition starts, one point of contact for the duration, and a final walkthrough together before we hand the room back to you.
