Repairs and guest baths
Smaller Projects, Same Craftsmen, Same Standard
Not every bathroom needs to be torn down to the studs. We repair, rebuild, and refresh bathrooms with the same waterproofing standards and tile work we put into our full remodels.
Smaller projects welcome
Not Every Project Is a Full Remodel, and That's Okay
A lot of the work we do is smaller than a full remodel, and we take it just as seriously. A guest bathroom that guests actually want to use, a shower that's been leaking into the ceiling below, tile that's cracked or grout that's been giving up for years, a vanity that's the last dated thing in an otherwise updated house: these are real projects, and they deserve real craftsmanship.
Repairs are also where we earn most of our full remodels. Homeowners call us to fix one thing, watch how we work, and come back to us when they're ready to rebuild the whole room. That only happens because we repair things properly rather than patching over the symptom. When a shower is leaking, the fix is not caulk. We open it up, find where the water is actually going, rebuild the waterproofing correctly, and re-tile it so it matches.
Accessibility work matters here too. Walk-in showers with no threshold, properly blocked walls for grab bars, benches, better lighting, and slip-resistant surfaces keep a bathroom safe and independent for decades longer, whether that's for you or for a parent who visits.
If it's in your bathroom, we can help. Tell us what's failing and we'll give you a straight answer about what it takes to fix it right.
